What is The Ritual Bundle?
The Ritual Bundle includes 01 Shampoo and 02 Conditioner together for $42. It is our best first recommendation because the two products work as a complete wash day routine. The shampoo cleanses without stripping and the conditioner restores softness, moisture, and shine. It comes in a linen drawstring bag and makes a beautiful gift.
What is 01 Shampoo?
01 Shampoo is the first step of The LovedPack Beauty Ritual. Used monthly. It is a soap-free, pH-balanced cleanser built around a coconut-based formula that lifts dirt and odor without stripping the skin's natural oils. It leaves the coat clean, soft, and comfortable with no residue and a light cucumber melon scent.
What is 02 Conditioner?
02 Conditioner is the second step of The LovedPack Clean Beauty Ritual. Used monthly after cleansing. It uses squalane and olive esters to deliver lightweight moisture that detangles, hydrates, and adds noticeable softness and shine to the coat. Dogs come out feeling noticeably silkier and customers tell us it is the first thing they notice.
Can I use LovedPack on all breeds and ages?
Yes. Our formulas are pH-balanced for dogs and free from sulfates, parabens, soaps, phthalates, and harsh surfactants, making them safe for all breeds, coat types, and life stages including puppies. If your dog has a known allergy to a specific ingredient we always recommend checking the full ingredient list first.
How do I use The Ritual Shampoo and Conditioner?
Brush your dog first to remove tangles and loose fur. Wet the coat thoroughly with warm water. Massage 01 Shampoo in from root to tip, avoiding eyes and ears, then rinse completely. Apply 02 Conditioner, leave for one to two minutes, then rinse again and towel dry. The full routine takes about ten minutes and makes a real difference in coat softness and skin health over time.
What scent is LovedPack?
LovedPack's signature scent is cucumber melon. It is light, fresh, and clean without being overpowering. The scent is pet-safe, phthalate-free, and IFRA-compliant, designed to be gentle enough for dogs with sensitive noses. It is one of the first things customers notice and one of the most common reasons they come back.

Is squalane safe for dogs?
Yes. Squalane is one of the gentlest and most skin-compatible ingredients available, for humans and dogs alike. It supports the skin barrier, locks in moisture without heaviness, and is non-irritating even for sensitive skin. LovedPack uses squalane in 02 Conditioner specifically for its lightweight hydrating and barrier-protecting properties.
What does squalane do for a dog's coat?
Squalane mimics the skin's natural moisturizing oils, which means it absorbs quickly and hydrates without leaving a greasy residue. For dogs it helps maintain a healthy skin barrier, reduces dryness and flaking, and leaves the coat looking noticeably softer and shinier after just one use.
Is argan oil safe for dogs?
Yes. Argan oil is rich in fatty acids and vitamin E, making it an excellent ingredient for coat health. It is gentle, non-toxic, and absorbs well into both skin and fur. LovedPack uses argan oil to add softness and shine without weighing the coat down.
What does argan oil do for a dog's coat?
Argan oil smooths the hair shaft, reduces frizz and tangles, and adds a visible shine to the coat. It also delivers vitamin E and fatty acids to the skin, supporting long-term coat health with regular use. Dogs with coarse or dry coats often show the most noticeable improvement.
What is jojoba and why is it in LovedPack products?
Jojoba is a plant-based wax ester that closely resembles the skin's natural sebum. It is an excellent moisturizer that balances oil production, which means it hydrates dry skin without making oily coats greasy. LovedPack uses jojoba for its ability to maintain moisture balance across all coat types.
Is jojoba oil safe for dogs?
Yes. Jojoba is non-toxic, non-irritating, and widely used in premium skincare for both humans and animals. It is one of the most skin-compatible plant-based ingredients available and works well even for dogs with sensitive or reactive skin.
What does coconut-based cleanser mean?
A coconut-based cleanser uses gentle surfactants derived from coconut oil rather than petroleum-based sulfates. It creates a light lather that lifts dirt and odor from the coat without stripping the skin's natural oils. LovedPack's shampoo uses a coconut-based formula specifically because it cleans effectively while keeping the skin barrier intact.
What are olive esters and what do they do?
Olive esters are lightweight conditioning agents derived from olive oil. They work by coating each strand of fur with a fine layer of moisture that reduces friction, making the coat easier to detangle and giving it a smooth, silky finish. LovedPack uses olive esters in 02 Conditioner alongside squalane for a complete conditioning effect.
Is aloe vera safe for dogs in grooming products?
Yes. Aloe vera is one of the most widely used soothing ingredients in pet and human skincare. It calms irritated skin, reduces redness, and helps the skin recover after cleansing. LovedPack uses aloe vera for its soothing and skin-supporting properties, particularly beneficial for dogs with sensitive or reactive skin.
What does chamomile do in dog shampoo?
Chamomile is a natural anti-inflammatory that soothes and calms the skin during and after washing. It is particularly beneficial for dogs prone to itchiness or skin sensitivity. LovedPack uses chamomile extract for its calming properties and its gentle, complementary effect on the overall formula.
Is the fragrance in LovedPack products safe?
Yes. LovedPack's cucumber melon fragrance is phthalate-free and IFRA-compliant. It is certified by Eurofragance, whose signed Non Phthalate Content Statement confirms zero content of the seven most concerning phthalate compounds. IFRA compliance means the fragrance has been evaluated against the global safety standards for fragrance ingredients. It is specifically formulated to be gentle on dogs with sensitive noses.

Can LovedPack be used on dogs that have reacted to other shampoos?
LovedPack is formulated without the ingredients most commonly associated with skin irritation in dogs. No sulfates, no soaps, no parabens, no phthalates, no artificial dyes. The formula is pH-balanced for canine skin, which is more sensitive than human skin and disrupted by the acidic pH found in most conventional shampoos. The fragrance is phthalate-free and IFRA-compliant. Pet parents whose dogs have experienced reactions to conventional shampoos frequently choose LovedPack for these reasons.
Is it okay if my dog licks the product?
LovedPack products are non-toxic, but they are formulated for external use only. We always recommend rinsing thoroughly and avoiding the face, eyes, and mouth during bath time. If your dog ingests a small amount during rinsing it is not cause for alarm, but we recommend keeping products out of reach between uses.
Are your ingredients safe for dogs?

What is beauty for dogs?

What makes a dog shampoo clean?

What ingredients should I avoid in dog shampoo?
The main ingredients to avoid are sulfates like sodium lauryl sulfate, which strip natural oils and dry out the skin. What is the difference between dog shampoo and human shampoo?

What does sulfate-free mean for dog grooming products?
Sulfate-free means the product does not contain sodium lauryl sulfate or sodium laureth sulfate, the foaming agents found in most conventional shampoos. What does phthalate-free mean?
Phthalates are chemical plasticizers sometimes added to synthetic fragrances. They have been linked to hormone disruption and are avoided by clean beauty brands. LovedPack's fragrance is certified phthalate-free by our supplier Eurofragance, whose Non Phthalate Content Statement confirms zero content of BBP, DBP, DIPB, DEHP, DINP, DNOP, and DIDP. Where is LovedPack made?
LovedPack formulas are developed and manufactured at a GMP-certified facility with 47 years of skincare and wellness manufacturing experience. We personally visited to ensure every aspect of production meets our standards for safety, ethics, and quality. We are a Los Angeles brand and every product reflects the clean beauty standards of where we come from.
Why does LovedPack manufacture where it does?
Because exceptional products require exceptional partners. After searching globally we found a facility that did not just meet our standards but helped us surpass them. The lab follows rigorous GMP and ISO 22716 standards aligned with US and European requirements, is led mostly by women, and prioritizes clean ingredients and ethical working conditions. We believe in full transparency about how our products are made.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes. We use recyclable and biodegradable materials wherever possible and we are continuously working to reduce our environmental footprint. Grooming that cares for dogs should also care for the planet they live on..
What is the Wash for a Wash program?
Wash for a Wash is LovedPack's mission in action. Every bottle of LovedPack purchased funds the equivalent of one professional wash for a shelter dog. We call it The Movement because we believe that caring for your dog and caring for dogs who are still waiting for a home are the same act of love. Sometimes we even show up and do the washing ourselves.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all US orders over $40. Orders are typically processed within one to two business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received a tracking email within three business days please contact us and we will help you straight away.
Which countries do you ship to?
LovedPack ships within the United States. If your country is not listed, Contact us and we will let you know when we expand further.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to update or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped we will do our best to accommodate. Once an order is on its way we are unable to make changes.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@lovedpack.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Once we review your request, we’ll take care of it right away — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on your preference.
No need to return the product.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
